Handmade Wood Caddy with Gun Powder Etched Bear #939

Handmade Poplar wood caddy with bear on front was created by burning gun powder onto the wood which makes this a unique addition to any home. The image is the result of residue and will not burn again.  It is the perfect decor for that rustic look .

Use in bathroom, kitchen, office, or any place in your home to keep counters uncluttered.  Put on a mantel and use for storing matches or put a battery operated candle in it to create a soft glow.

The caddy is approximately 7.75 inches long, 5.50 inches high and 4.5 inches wide.  The wood is one-half inch thick with a Light Oak wood finish applied.  There are NO nail, screws, or staples – the caddy was put together only with glue and wooden pegs.  There are soft plastic pads on the bottom to keep the caddy from sliding on the counter.

Because Poplar has such a variety of colors and grains, every caddy is different but the image will remain the same.
